I need a solution

Hello all, using Sym DLP v1.  Begining the Index Document Matching adventure, reading the Admin guide.  It references use of whitelist.txt to exclude common non-important content like headers / footers but provides no guidance on how to populate it.  Does anyone have any experience using it?  Should i assume it is a comma delimited list based on whole word matching? (ie – company name,department,for internal use only)
